We attend the local MARAC as a representative of our client.

Injunctions
We offer support and advice to clients who want to apply for a Non Molestation Order to protect them (and their children if necessary) from violence, threats or harassment. Breaching a term of the order is a criminal offence punishable by up to five years imprisonment.
This is a very important service as applying for an order from the court can be daunting and an order is often needed urgently to protect against immediate risk of harm. We help clients through each stage of the process from completing the correct forms to attending court and we have permission from the local courts to accompany clients into the court room.
Not all our clients qualify for public funding and so may not be able to afford the services of a solicitor. The court application fee is £70 and with outreach support clients are able to apply to the court in person, making the application affordable and enabling them to protect themselves and their children from future harm.

Freedom Programme
We are running Freedom Programmes in the 3 boroughs.  Please ring us or look at the links on the left hand side of website where we will post details of the programme and how you can join.
